Each module contains 3 progressively challenging phases that focus on progressing from simple skill patterns into combinations that build confident control with the ball at your feet. These workouts are designed for players to build their relationship with the ball, simplifying first touch, turns and repositioning techniques, then adding explosiveness and creativity as you move up the pyramid.
In addition to the 3 phases, each module will include supplemental workouts that will focus in on specific aspects and allow you to specialize your training to meet your needs. Each module will contain anywhere from 3-7 supplemental workouts which are updated seasonally.

This module sets the foundation for our passing and first touch programs progressed over 3 phases and a series of supplemental workouts. This program requires a ball and a wall, but could be done with a partner if necessary. As you progress through the phases the drills blend in off ball movement and turns.

The video below shows a few examples of how the passing workouts progress from phase to phase, starting with a focus on body position and confidence, building into different turn variations and then adding speed. There are over 100 different skills to master in the passing module.
In the Ball Control Module players will work footwork skills that set the foundation for our entire skill program. With touch combinations that build confidence in your ability to reposition the ball in front & behind your body to the left & right, with all surfaces of the foot.
For this reason, the Ball Control Module is the centerpiece of the SKILL TRACK...helping you progress into passing, first touch and quick, creative combinations.

In the Quickness Module players will work footwork exercises that will impact all 3 Tracks. The quick repositioning techniques, will improve your confidence and explosiveness on and off the ball.
For this reason, the Quickness Module is the centerpiece of the entire program...helping to improve your speed, skill and strength with explosive, powerful bursts.

These 2 modules blend the skill patterns of passing and ball control with the quickness exercises from the foundational level and progress them into quick skill patterns and passing combinations that build confident explosiveness and speed of play. As you progress through these workouts your quickness gains are merged with explosive skill and first touch.
The Quick Skills Module blends the quick footwork and agility from our Quickness Module with the patterns of mastery from our Ball Control Module. The goal is to bring an athletic focus to the skill section by using patterns and movements that will enhance both speed and skill.
This module will set you up for the creative variations and multi-player drills we introduce in the Passing Combos Module, and will enhance your confident speed of play.

The Passing Combos Module starts simple with workouts that teach you to blend directionally specific first touches with quick repositioning combos from our Ball Control Module. The workouts progress towards the one shown in the video above, where players split targets with turns and quick adjustments as they escape pressure.
The Passing Combos start off by blending sequences and patterns, but progress to free, creative movement in the Creative Skill Module at the top of the SKILL Track.

The Soccer Conditioning Module provides the base programs for our seasonal fitness progressions. Starting with building an aerobic base, then progressing to long and short intervals and finishing with repeated speed work, this module will guide you through the fitness workouts that will help improve your speed of play on the field.
This module features fitness testing and organized progressions in the supplemental section.
This module blends aspects of all the modules beneath it into creative fitness circuits and structured interval runs to build the type of fitness you need to play fast and technically clean for 90 minutes.
