THE 3 TRACKS

The RISE system allows athletes to progress at their own pace, towards their own specific goals, in a challenging, levels based structure The 3 tracks of the GAMESPEED Pyramid – SKILL, SPEED & STRENGTH – are outlined below.

SKILLS TRACK:

The SKILLS Track focuses on developing confidence with the ball at your feet with passing, dribbling, moves and turn combinations. Speed and quickness aspects are then integrated into more complex creative skill combinations as you progress.

SPEED TRACK:

The SPEED Track focuses on developing footwork, body control and dynamic transitions required for explosive agility. Skill and quickness aspects are then integrated into more soccer specific speed and agility combinations as you progress.

STRENGTH TRACK:

The STRENGTH Track focuses on developing soccer specific strength for dynamic change of direction and explosive power. Strengthening aspects are then integrated into more complex speed and agility movements as you progress.

The GAMESPEED Pyramid is dynamically integrated into the RISE app which makes following the program easy. The 3 rings that appear around your profile picture on the ATHLETE DASHBOARD show your progress in each track.

  • RED Bar = STRENGTH Track progress
  • ORANGE Bar = SKILL Track progress
  • GREEN Bar = SPEED Track progress
